I can't believe how am i gonna use this with their site is suspended? Unbelievable!

I have asked for refund for many apps but this is the first one I am writing any review
1. Added one location and then added another user to that 1st location, but it used 2nd location out of three
2. Then I have deleted all location still have 2 location as available
3. Talked with support to resolve this and their reply was - what do you mean by resolve this ?
4. Cant send emails from our own SMTP, asked support but no response, later they replied - we can't use our own SMTP to send emails for reviews
5. Support asked me to return this purchase and go for 199$ per month just for integrating our own SMTP

6. Can't understand, when these guys don't like app sumo selling why they have registered themselves here, atleast that could have saved my lots of time which I have given to understand this app

7. Finally I reached appsumo support for refund

I volunteer with an animal rescue and had sent an email to talk.to.a.real.person@wombot.io the email listed on their site on 5/29 asking if they had any non profit plans, we still do not have a response

We decided to try the LTD and we had an issue, support told us we did not follow instructions and that we should watch a 6 min youtube in order to solve it, the only thing we did wrong was put the company name instead of the website name, but they couldnt just tell us that

We finally got through and created the review account and got several unsolicited spam messages about making money and becoming an affiliate which is of no interest to us we just want to make reviews simple for our animal rescue, we asked them to stop and they said we can cancel our plan

They continued spamming us, we asked them to stop again and they ignored, we asked again and their exact reply was: Feel free to ignore or block further emails

We have stopped getting spam emails from them, but it seems they blocked our emails since they have not responded to our latest support emails

Their support is very rude and disrespectful, the tool seems useful but we are having issues getting it configured, the UI is not very user friendly

- The UI is not very intuitive, and cluttered
- No support. I've been locked out of the account for days and no one has responded to any of the emails I've sent.
- Platform feels more like an affiliate/MLM. There is a constant push on signing up others.

I love this tool! Word of Mouth BOT helps me to get reviews about my business across Google, Facebook, and more. As a business owner, I am always looking for affordable and easy ways to grow my business. This is a great tool for that and I always get quality reviews.
