I wanted to wait a while before reviewing in order to get a good sense of the platform. It solves a real problem in terms of generating reviews for businesses on whichever review site your client needs (e.g. Google, Facebook, Yelp etc. etc.). Simple in its mechanics but highly effective.

With my clients based mostly in the UK, it does require a little finessing to get them up and running on autopilot but when they are, it's a fantastic system you can just leave running and doing its job.

My only request for improvement would be to allow custom HTML in the emails. There are pre-defined templates with some degree of flexibility but not a huge amount. Ideal for a newbie I guess but a little more flexibility would with HTML & CSS would be magic! The white labelling is pretty good too but one step up would be CNAME and SMTP integration to really allow an agency to have this platform sing!

It's definitely worth taking for a test-run if you haven't already.
