WPPacks review here. The payment processing does not work. I sent at least 8 emails explaining errors and giving access. They simply did not even have the time to read the emails and provide feedback. We gave up.

We have 0 complaints about errors related to the payment processing, so I am 1000% sure it is just a bad configuration by your team.
I've been using this for a few months now and it is really a great product. I love that it is continually being improved with new features. Support is great and they helped me when I was stuck. Highly recommended!!!
So we installed this a couple of months ago and are faced with an error. We've emailed support and can't seem to get a response and there doesn't seem to be anyone monitoring their inbox. Contact options for this company are also scarce. I'd tread lightly. I'll be looking for another portal to use with better support. However, the product does aesthetically look good, otherwise, hence the 3 tacos instead of 1.

Promising, but currently falls short. No updates in a while now.
I purchased WP Portal back in November and have been actively using it for several months. As you can see from other reviews, there's potential with this plugin, but still quite a bit of functionality missing.
The main reason for my rating is lack of recent updates. All the items on the roadmap are 5 months old. The most recently completed roadmap items are over two months old at the time of this review. Development seems to have stagnated, which is unfortunate. The last plugin update was pushed out mid January (over two months ago).
I'm not referring to major features/updates either. For me, one of the biggest issues deals with time entries. While you can assign a time entry to a project and specific task of that project, nowhere does this information (the task) carry over. When you review time entries for a project, all that is displayed is the project name. This is not very useful when you are billing clients based on tasks and multiple tasks are in active development at the same time. Also, you cannot edit time entries and/or add manual entries (if you forget to start/stop a timer, too bad).
Also, Portal feels a bit slow. It's not earth shatteringly slow, but still sluggish nonetheless.
Then there's the documentation issue. Sure, there's a KB with a few items, but that can hardly be considered proper documentation. Fortunately, support is usually quick to respond, but proper documentation can go a long way to reducing support requests.
As I said, it has potential. If the current feature set meets your needs, then it's a tentative buy. For me, that lack of recent updates is a bit worrisome. I do hope the author is planning to continue development, otherwise we'll be looking for an alternative solution in the future.

I don't think that you should be worried about the updates at all. we still working on the portal and going to release more updates soon. we didn't release any updates since Jan because we are doing some major updates and changes to some features and to make all pages and sections available for translations and this is a huge part of it because the...
WordPress Portal is one of those tools that you didn't know you needed until you have it. It is a wonderful tool. Easy to setup, works amazingly well and is very stable. Plenty of customization, and Ahmed takes feature requests directly on his website. It's a great system and Ahmed provides incredible customer service. So far the only feature that I would like to see is having the ability for storing client files/documents in folders to organize them better. I'm sure Ahmed will make this happen. Can't rate this app high enough, and would give it a 10 taco party rating if I could!
