Provides Useful Insights but concerns about support

Got a single license and was quite impressed with the insights provided for the site I tested.
Upon completion of the analysis I was sent an email with a css file with analysis which was extremely helpful in prioritizing what to work on.
The backend online is clunky and not very helpful in prioritizing which pages to look at first, which are the greatest opportunities etc. Would be nice if they could add some features to help or you have to go page by page randomly.
I think this process adds a lot of value and the backend has some other insights that are not included in the download.
This could be accomplished with other tools, but would definitely take more time and ultimately cost more.
I am considering upgrading.
But my concerns are largely about the support of the platform. I have submitted questions in the backend which claim they will reply next day, but going on 4 and 5 days have not received answers.
Also, its worrisome that some of the backend elements such as the dashboard visualized in the materials above are not yet in place.
This could very well be a 5 Taco solution. 4 Tacos for now.
We have 60 days to see how this improves.

Wordseek Needs Some Improvements Before It's Ready for Prime Time

I tried Wordseek with the hope that it would provide a seamless writing experience, but unfortunately I ran into some issues that make me feel it still needs work. The interface I encountered did not match the clean, intuitive design shown in the app's advertising.

Navigating between different pages and functions felt clunky - having to open each one separately and toggle back and forth, rather than having a unified dashboard. I also found that Seo feateures maybe helpful. Even after accepting the suggested fixes, it continued recommending the same corrections on a subsequent audits.

While I like the idea behind Wordseek and its goal of improving writing, the execution still feels a bit half-baked. The navigation and interface could be smoother to improve user experience. The editing features should be enhanced so suggested changes are not repetitive.

Overall, I believe Wordseek has potential but needs refinement before it's ready for prime time. Smoother navigation, a more unified interface, and improved editing/suggestions would go a long way. I look forward to seeing how Wordseek develops in the future, as the core concept has merit. But in its current state, the frustrations outweigh the benefits for me as a user.

Let me know if you would like me to modify or expand this review draft further based on your experience. I'm happy to incorporate additional details or feedback to better capture your perspective. The goal is to provide constructive criticism to help the Wordseek developers improve the app. Please feel free to suggest any changes to the content or tone of this review.

Am still not sure on how to use properly

Have now tried the software several times, the interface is indeed very basic, good to have not the overkill in graphics.. but the current setup did not work for me. Experienced also some strange behavior on a large WP site.

Looked very promising, not a good fit for me.

Hi,

Thanks for the feedback! How large is your WP site in terms of # of pages?

2 for idea, 0 for support

The tool didn't work from the start and for the life of me I couldn't figure it out. There aren't any articles that would help, soooo.... I figured I'd contact someone.

I attempted to contact support team, they told me to contact them on Linkedin... Guess what, not everyone has Linkedin membership with options to contact other people, so I went to the website and clicked on the contact button. Didn't work. Seems to be broken, or at least coded in a way that REQUIRES a mailing program installed on windows... Sorry Gmail users... Anywho, I GUESSED their email address by emailing 4 random emails, info@, contact@, hello@ and support@ - info@ did the trick. They replied back asking for more details. I provided more details and never heard back from them.

If you want a blank screen that doesn't show you anything and support team that never replies, this tool is for you. Good luck. I'm giving it 2 tacos because the concept is there and it's exciting, but it's not my first product I purchased on Appsumo, but might be in top 5 of very unpleasant support experiences. Nothing you can't fix, of course. Best of luck.

Hi there! I'm really sorry to hear about your experience.

We've now added an in-app chat, so users can directly contact us from the app which allows us to follow-up quickly on their issues in order to avoid this happening to other users!

Liking it so far

Good start but it would be cool to see things like a priorities list for quick traffic etc with a to do list in order rather than having to siv through a dropdown of pages which can be hard to pick up where left off.
