For 10 days, I've been locked out of my account, and support is abysmal
I have noticed a recent trend with companies that take to AppSumo and DealMirror. They take your money and then shut you out of their platform. This just happened to me with a company on AppSumo and on DealMirror. With Wordwriter, I've been locked out of my account for an unknown reason.
Support (Jay Douglas) wrote after my second attempt writing them, asking for my AppSumo codes, and now they've vanished. I've written two more email to Jay, and he doesn't respond.
I'm reporting Wordwriter to AppSumo for assistance and a possible refund.
