Pause or resume automations without losing data. If you need to pause an automation to fix or enhance it, you can pause it, modify it, and then resume. Once you resume the workflow, it will process all new events that were added when it was paused.

Use the audit log to track recipe events in chronological order. With the job history option, you can also examine what has already been digested by the recipe to get a better understanding of what data is being processed.

Workato also features an enterprise bot platform, Workbot, for Slack, Microsoft Teams and Facebook Workplace. These bots help users get relevant notifications and connect different teams together to reduce response time and improve customer experience.
