First, I am impressed, and I would like to congratulate the Workfacta team on this fantastic solution!
I am interested in buying the License Tier 3 plan, but I want you to please address the following questions to see if the Workfacta platform is a good fit for my use case:
1. Does the Workfacta platform support the International Trade Industry (B2B Import/Export Business)?
2. I am currently using LivePlan.com for business planning and financial forecasting. Can the Workfacta platform be used to create business planning and financial forecasting for Importing and Exporting commodities & Products on a global scale?
3. What is the difference between the Workfacta platform and the Upmetrics and Cuttles platforms? (All AppSumo Apps)

6. Most of my global business customers are from the Middle East and Africa, and the Arabic language is critical for my online business. Does the Workfacta platform support Right-to-Left (RTL) languages such as Arabic?

It's not currently supported. I'm not familiar with this, are you able to point me to more information? We may be able to add it to the roadmap.

Workfacta is a business management tool for teams The planning sections are intended to help you focus on what is important to your business and to capture that. So you will probably need to do your modelling and forecasting outside of Workfacta.
3. What is the difference between the Workfacta platform and the Upmetrics and Cuttles platforms? (All AppSumo Apps)
I'm not familiar with these applications but they seem to be focussed on creating business plans. Workfacta gives you planning, but as a business management tool you also get quarterly planning, goal setting, results tracking and reporting as well as performance measurement
4. Would you please clarify if I can use a custom domain like Plans.MyDomain.com, Projects.MyDomain.com, or Roadmaps.MyDomain.com?

Presently we do not have a white label. We do have the ability to work with partners and would be happy to discuss specific white labelling requirements

At present we only support English. Language support is on the Roadmap but support for any particular language will depend on demand.

Thank you for addressing my questions.
Regarding the International Trade Industry, I was trying to find out if your solution is designed for specific industries or if it is industry agnostic.
Since the white label feature is very important for my business, I will hold off until the platform is fully white-labeled.
Thank you again, and looking forward to hearing from you if Workfacta will consider the white-label feature since the White label and CNAME features are pretty much standard on AppSumo.
