I'm starting to get my head around Workfacta and how it can fit into our workflow. I like the focus on performance management, structured meetings, and business objectives. While it's not a business planning tool like Upmetrics or Cuttles, the overview is sufficient for discussions in meetings. And that's, at least for us, where Workfacta excels: It helps to keep meetings on track and quickly access a dashboard where the company/team stands at any moment in time.

Now, the problem I'm having with this deal (I went for tier-2, but not sure whether to refund):
+ No White Label! Not a problem for us if the team doesn't include a person from the client side. Which it mostly does. So the Workfacta branding is cause for confusion, even if the logo is mostly displayed on an equal footing with our brand.
+ CNAME: Again, almost a standard requirement on AppSumo. And it's missing. I don't mind if the feature is on the roadmap, but it has to be included in the deal! Our customers/clients want to stay on our site, CNAME does exactly provide that function.
+ Integrations: We use Flowlu and Nifty. A lot! Tried Pluto, SuiteDash, and a couple of other SaaS, but in the end Flowlu and Nifty worked best for our purpose. Thing is, Workfact doesn't have any integrations with these platforms. Granted, the use case for Workfacta is different, but who wants to and has the time to enter opportunities, financials, sales figures manually these days? I'd urge Workfacta to hook up with a couple of great project management suites and work on webhooks and integrations that sync required data. And that functionality should be included in the deal... because, as we all know, if it's not it's not worth the promise in the comments.

So, short: I like Workfacta. It's simple. To the point. But it's too simple for serious business as long as there's no integrations, white label, and CNAME.
