I liked the possibility to manage tasks with my team in a unified user interface.
This saves me time and gives me control over the process.
I have a few requests:
- please add the functionality to change the colour of the status to a custom one (I have a more complex project of to do, doing, done) For example I have 5 people on 7 different phases of a project that spans 15 months, so I have created 7 statuses for each phase, it would be great if I could give each specific phase a different colour.
- Please, we also need an Italian translation.
- We have all received emails from worklenz in the spam folder. Please solve the problem!
- It would be great to have a notification system via an app for iOS and Android.

We have had some problems but on the whole it is a great utility that we are working with to understand the different options and how to use it best for our small team. It seem easy to use and hopefully it will develop over the coming years.

With the Worklenz Gantt I have suffered a lot to work on my project, any Gantt on the market is more pleasant, even those that still have lifetime payment.

I wanted to HELP by taking my PERSONAL TIME writing down all the big bugs you have and unless you improve it in time, I will ask for a refund (please take this seriously):

- Gantt timeline without color options, or background, or even dark mode... everything is visually
extremely painful, really not normal in 2024.
- Zoom in/out compression and extension of the bars (infinite scrolling is a big problem to view the entire year or at least 6 months at a glance on widescreen screens).
- Hovering the mouse in bars with no information indications of absolutely anything, (name or progress status); Its task name does not appear within the center of the bar either, making it very terrible to have to identify what each bar means by looking for its name in the group on the left side (in addition to taking up a lot of screen space).
- I can't set the gantt as the main view.
- No task dependencies connected and not by arrows FS (Finish to Start),FF,SS,SF...
- Insights do not estimate anything, they only add up in a graph without helping to predict future projects and thus plan better as they should.

*Others:
- Not possible to change the view order with the ''Fields'' (the Status appears before the ''Estimation) this should be editable from the headers of each title or in ''show fields''
- Roadmap without being able to sort the tasks I have in the groups on the left (via drag)

Simple UI and no worries to have questions how to use.
However 1 thing I wish is... it's really really great if we could have guest users without counting as users so that we can invite customers to raise tickets.
e.g., Users who can add new task and comments in their own task, no seeing other projects invited and tec.

no BS, quick, good UI/UX for professional project management platform.
