Q: I purchased the PRO plan for $59.
Why do I have the Starter plan after redeeming my code? I need this fixed or I will have to refund.

Thank you for your question! There is no issue with the Code Redeem section. If you have made a payment for the Pro plan, you should have received 3 different codes from AppSumo. When you enter these 3 codes separately in the Manage Billing page, your account will be upgraded to the Pro plan.
If you are still experiencing issues even after performing this process, please send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, along with the purchased codes.

Ok you were right. I was able to resolve that. My issue now is that I enabled time lapse video recording for myself as well as my employee but it's not showing anything. Only screenshots are working. I had an issue with screenshots not working after first but had to have my work completely close the app and re-open it again for it to work. How can I now solve the time-lapse video issue?

I see it now! This is really cool. My last issue is that it's not real-time. I already sent in a screen recording video to support. There is a 2-minute delay with starting breaking and resuming work. Can you get back to me on that one as well?
