Good for freelancers, not ready for agencies
I bought worktivity and tested it for a few days. The interface is very pleasant, installing the agent for Windows went smoothly. Worktivity is already ready to use for freelancers or even very small teams.

+ Very nice and responsive support team
+ Categorization of apps and browser windows works reliably
+ Has the possibility of manual time entries
+ Trouble-free installation of the recording apps
The software is not yet suitable for agencies or larger teams. The software cannot (yet) handle different employment types such as freelancers and permanent employees. Some functions that are important for agencies are missing. There is no meaningful comparison of target and actual working hours anywhere. There is also no time balance that would, for example, show the accrued overtime. The app does not allow individual workdays or target hours per user. This is essential for team time tracking. For the software to be called a full-fledged time management, leave management is missing.

Hopefully, the app will be further developed so that in the future both freelancers and permanent employees can be managed in parallel.

Regarding the areas of improvement:
No entry date and exit date per employee: If I understood correctly, you can actually see the "clock-in" and "clock-out" times for each employee on the "Overview" or timesheet screen.
No hourly balance per employee, No configuration of working time and days per user: Our team is actively working on these aspects. With the upcoming major update, the "Payroll Calculator" feature, which follows the recently released task management feature last week, we will be able to perform detailed cost calculations. 💰
No accumulated overtime, No comparison of target and actual working times: Thank you for your suggestions. We will soon incorporate these reports into the Insights section! 😊
No leave management: This is another feature on our development list, and it's an area we will take swift action on after the Payroll Calculator feature.
