I'm trying to sort the API to integrate with other software, or at the very least trying to sort email to task, but neither is working for me. I am emailing the helpdesk and Ryan, but have heard nothing in weeks, which seems odd as the service was awesome when I first joined. I really like the product, but just need the email to task element to work, at the very least.
