A: No, this is not available at the moment. Although we do not have any limit to the number of chatbots that you can create, hence, build and store as many bots as you want.

- What happens when the month conversations limit has been reached? The chat bot doesn´t appear any more, the chat bot doesn´t answer?
2.- Is it possible to buy more conversations for that month ?
3.- Does 5,000 conversations are enough for a middle business?

May 14, 2024A: 1.- Yes, the chatbot will stop appearing until your next month's cycle begins, upon which your chatbot will be back up on the site.
2.- Yes, we charge $10/1000 conversations.
3.- Depends on your website traffic and the kind of users that come there. Would be really hard for us to speculate on it.

Q: If I buy 2 licences Tier 1, Can I use them (activate them) with the same account (email) same dashboard?
Or I need to create 1 account (email) for each license?

Q: Hi, Wotnot may have been a great great deal if it was possible to use it on multiple domains.
I think that this limitation is the big big flaw of this deal which prevent me from buying.
The second biggest flaw of this deal, is the no human support of the tier 1.
It's a shame because I would be more than happy to buy this deal but because of these two things I cannot.
