I think that this limitation is the big big flaw of this deal which prevent me from buying.
The second biggest flaw of this deal, is the no human support of the tier 1.
It's a shame because I would be more than happy to buy this deal but because of these two things I cannot.

Yes, we will offer multiple domains support outside of AppSumo soon enough.
Regarding support, I'd just like to point out that AppSumo is a lifetime deal platform, and provide free support for an infinite period of time is not a sound business decision for us. Although you can however still access our knowledge base and videos for your help.
