Or can I only use Elementor to display templates with a shortcode on Wordpress pages? Are there independent widgets for Elementor to add or change individual templates?

Hello,
WowStore is a Gutenberg-based plugin that integrates with Elementor. You can display WowStore blocks in Elementor using shortcodes, but full template customization is done in Gutenberg via the "Saved Template" feature. Elementor mainly serves to display these templates, not edit them directly.
