Q: Two Questions...
1. If I upgrade from tier 2 to tier 3 will WoWy update on it's own or do I need to redownload files?
2. If my computer dies, will I be able to install WoWy on the new computer? How do you handle situations like that?

1 - Upgrading your tier automatically upgrades your plan in the app. Nothing needed to download again.
2 - WoWy servers are the ones handling sessions, not local on computers. So you will be completely fine. You just need to use your login email on the new device and email us to remove the dead device.
Email example accepted even without specifying the device: "Hey, my old computer died. Please remove it."
