Branded videos
I'll start with I purchased a Tier 2. I loved everything that was being offered and the concept. I do believe that this product could be a game changer, however right now the 2 stars of the review stands. The customer service from Bel and others has been more about sending me and my team gifs than getting a real answer. Let's have adult convos please.
Their branding options don't work consistently on each page, exporting is a repeated issue with errors. opening a case means just messaging them - there is no case # and ways to keep track of it.
If they can fix the issues I'm having, I'm happy to update my review. But as of now, its very poor all the way around. I'd rather use imovie or tiktok's platform.

It’s been a bit challenging to reproduce all the issues that exactly led to the problems you’re having in your account but we are committed to finding a solution. We’ve been in touch and have updated you on the bugs/issues you experienced and hope you give us another chance to make it right!
On another note, we apologize for all the bugs... in a perfect world we would love for everything to work as it should, but a lot of features were released towards the end of the campaign and need to be polished. As a team, we don’t want to make up excuses and take full responsibility for it. We do appreciate you reaching out to us since it made us aware of issues that haven’t been reported yet. Thank you!
Again, we’re trying to make this experience as sweet as possible, but there will be some bugs and issues that we need to deal with at the moment.
We don't have a case number system in place for issues reported, but We assure you that every reported issue is analyzed and carefully tracked across all resolution states. Until it gets fixed and users are notified.
We apologize you found the GIFs as if we were not taking you 100% seriously. Our intention was just to keep it as fun as possible but we understand that having a lot of issues and having fun are opposite directions, we will improve upon that. We do thank you for giving WOXO a shot and we hope you give us a chance to make it right!
