Q: Is the dashboard where I can view clicks and redirects for all the websites included in the lowest tier?
Can I create redirects remotely through the dashboard for any site or do I have to log in to each individual site to create the redirects?
Also what exactly is remote site logs feature, what does that do and provide?

A dashboard is a place where you can manage your licenses and sites, download the latest version of the plugin, get remote logs & stats, etc. Unfortunately, it is not possible to create redirects via the dashboard. You have to log in to each site to manage redirects directly.
