Q: Geo Redirection

Dear LinkCentral Team,

I am interested in your product for managing affiliate links on my multilingual WordPress site (using MultiLipi with subdomains like fr.domain.com).

My key need: one central link (e.g. domain.com/go/product) should redirect visitors to different external affiliate URLs depending on their country, e.g. DE → affiliate-link-de.com, FR → affiliate-link-fr.com, US → affiliate-link-us.com, with a fallback for all others.

Could you confirm if the Pro version fully supports geo-targeted redirects by country for external links? And does it work independently of subdomains (purely IP-based)? Also, how is the setup handled, and are there any known issues with caching or performance?

This feature is crucial for us. Thank you for clarifying!

Can it detect a 404 and then 'smartly redirect' it to the most appropriate page?

Thanks for taking an interest in WP 301 Redirects.

Yes, there's an autoredirect option which, when turned on, finds the most similar slug to a 404 page, and automatically redirects to it.

For example, if a user ends up on /your-pge, and you have a /your-page URL, it would be automatically recognized and redirected :)

Q: Access to Logs

I see the appsumo deal is mapped to the Team Plan on your site. On you site the team plan includes Remote Site Stats & Logs. I just activated my dashboard and went to the log tab and it says "Hey Sumo-ling Your license doesn't include the site logs feature." This is one of the main reasons I upgraded from free to Pro. So can you please tell me if this is an error in my account, or does the deal not include logs. I have bother to install the plugin on my site yet or even connect a site, not worth my time to do so if the feature I bought it for is not included. Even the WP repo says the pro version include logs, so I am confused.
Please let me know ASAP, otherwise I will just refund it.

Team license on the site is not the same as a Tier 1 License here. Unfortunately, the Remote Site Stats & Logs feature is not included in the Tier 1, and you will have to upgrade your license to start using it. If you're interested in that, please contact us via email.

Q: Why is it extremely difficult to get support from you?

I bought 2 apps from you here at AppSumo. 1 x the Logging Lockdown and the 301 Redirect. The 301 redirect does not work correctly for me and clutters up my entire Wordpress with redirect recommendations. I have already set up these redirects completely but 24 hours later the whole backend is full of these recommendations again.

I finally got in touch with your support team after several attempts and now nothing is working again.
I had already written to your support that it is urgent, because as already written above my backend (dashboard) is full of these redirection recommendations.

Unfortunately there is no ticket number, but I had been in contact with Adnan and Alex.
Could you perhaps check your open tickets?
