At present, this is not available in our plugin. But the good news is that we are working on an Admin Bar Editor plugin. If you are interested, please drop a message to our Website Contact page. Also, we are at the last stage of releasing the Admin Bar Editor plugin. Hope within a few days, it will be live.

Yes, It will work for the front end too. You can hide, add, and organize options in the Admin bar (backend + front end).
