Q: I have a couple questions.
1. I thought I purchased a lifetime plan but I cant even use it on my site because its saying that I dont have credits. I wasnt aware that we needed credits and tbh thinking we didnt was part of the allure. Yes, my site is connected and I activated the plugin and did everything else. 2. On the Copilot site its saying my plan expires on March 20th. Well that really defeats the purpose of a lifetime plan if its not for a lifetime. Any and all insight will be greatly appreciated. I was charged $5 in February and there was also an attempt to charge $5 but my bank declined for March. Is it possible that Ive been charged for an addon or something?
