I sent you a question via your site's chat almost a month ago but you never got back to me.. I get an email for all sites on which WPCompress is installed, because:
WordPress has a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email. In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, WP Compress | Image Optimizer.
Could you please get back to me? Does this mean your plugin is currently unsafe with the latest Wordpress? In the message I sent you on September 18th there are the details of the error..
Q: Hello Team,
I received a promotional email from you today titled "Faster Websites, Guaranteed!"
and have some questions about this 'double credits' offer.
Initially I purchased a Tier 4 License on AppSumo back in June this year that gave unlimited sites, unlimited CDN traffic/month + 5M optimization credits/month. Later in July, I purchased an additional 25M optimization credits/month through another one of your promotional email offers.
So in summary, my account now has a total of 30M optimization credits/month + unlimited CDN traffic + unlimited sites, based on the AppSumo deal terms mentioned above.
Upon seeing your email today, it seems you recently revamped your plans/pricing model and I have the following questions on how these changes affect my account and its perks:
1. With the new plans, it seems you're now offering:
- unlimited optimization credits (instead of the previous X credits/month) - limited quota (i.e. X amount of GB) for CDN traffic (instead of the previous unlimited CDN traffic/month)
Is my understanding of the differences between old and new plans correct? If so:
2. How do your new plans affect my AppSumo deal purchase? The AppSumo deal offered 'all future Professional plan updates' as well as any change to the plan name being mapped to the corresponding new plan name. Is this going to be the 'Growth' plan, then?
3. If so, what happens to my 30M credits/month? Will this automatically get upgraded to 'unlimited' with your new plans taking effect?
4. On the other hand, what happens to the 'unlimited CDN traffic' term offered to AppSumo buyers?
5. How does your promotional offer emailed today with 'double credits' benefit my account? I'm assuming 'double credits' is referring to CDN traffic usage (so it would be 500GB for Growth plan), but as noted above, AppSumo buyers already have "unlimited" CDN traffic/month so this promotional offer doesn't really have any benefit, correct?
6. If I'm understanding all the above terms correctly, all buyers of the AppSumo deal should now be getting a trifecta of unlimited optimization credits + unlimited CDN traffic + unlimited sites, with the higher tiers like Tier 4 getting additional perks like Whitelabel, etc. Is this correct?
Please confirm on the above as these are drastic changes and those like myself who purchaed a bunch of credits (higher AppSumo tiers + any promotional offers) are essentially losing out on the additional money spent to get those extra credits if every AppSumo buyer (even the Tier 1 buyers) now get "unlimited" credits.
I'll be posting this on the Q&A section of your AppSumo product page as well since others may be interested. Thank you and looking forward to your response.
The introduction of these plans is a step to simplify our pricing model, particularly focusing on new users better understanding credit consumption. Your existing plan would be preserved and there are no changes to the way your credits are consumed or the features you have. Tier 1 and 2 are mapped to the PRO plan (all-access performance) while Tiers 3 and...

In addition to iXzenoS' query. Now that the limits are different from the previous terms, I'm wondering how are we going to upgrade our current account. Hi James, I am very interested in this discussion because I also bought Tier4 Appsumo and want to upgrade but am still confused about the existing packages and which one is the best for me to choose.
