Slow support
The program is well presented, but it has drawbacks to access the students for free and the visualization on the mobile differs from the one created on the computer.
Since then, after watching the videos in several days and setting it as indicated, it has not been favorable for me to overcome these inconveniences.
The support is by mail when you have these problems so the response is slow.
You should have a support chat to expedite this response.
Perhaps they should consider this aspect to leave us calm with the implementation.
