Q: I registered today, received my license, and was able to download the product.
However, to get to the support section, the site asks, "The support area access requires being logged in to an active account. If you would like to access the support area, please log in to your account or purchase a license."
However, the site does not allow me to log in using my UN and PW.
A: Send us a message through our site here: https://wpflashcard.com/contact. We see zero messages from you. The instructions on this listing specifically say to direct everything support related through our site. That is the only way we handle support. Thanks.
Is this limited to YT video, or can I run my own video files? And what are the margins for the vids? I would like to be able to place the vid box anywhere, and also to expand the vid box to the edge of the card. On the demo it looks like the YT vid is confined to a certain area on the card.
A: This is covered in the documentation. Short answer is yes. For adjusting margins, it is a custom CSS issue that you can easily change to your needs if you know how to use CSS. Otherwise it doesn't come with settings for that out of the box.
Many more educational cards can be created with shortcodes.
Q: Hello.
I've tried the LITE version and I seen the demo on their website. The plugin is very good, congratulations. I hope it adds more features and, today, I recommend the purchase. I'd like to know the roadmap and suggest new features, for example, being able to customize the final screen, add a CTA (add a shortcode, a form...) at the end, show a summary, show/hide in the card back two buttons (correct and incorrect)...

May 15, 2024A: These are good suggestions. While we don't have them right now, we can add these to the dev requests. Thanks!

Q: Hello.
Is it possible to add a countdown (limit time)?
Cheers.

Is there a public roadmap?
