Unfortunately, that is not possible.

With the white-label and rebranding options, you may create your own branded version of the plugin and include it as part of the services you provide. However, reselling the plugin itself as a standalone product is not permitted. Additionally, it is not possible to sell SSL certificates through the plugin or as standalone products. For each new site/hosting, you will need to install the plugin and activate it to be able to install a new certificate.
