Q: Being new to Appsumo I jumped on this deal, now that I understand the culture here I am extremely disappointed by this deal.
I also was extremely surprised to find out that renewal will be at full price (except for the random lucky first 100?) I doubt that would be me since I came to the party late. I will be doing a refund unless this can be adjusted so everyone gets renewal at the same rate.
Maybe offer a lifetime plan?
