Q: Does it work on WordPress Multisite installation?
If yes, it is possible to make it network activated with settings automatically applied to all subsites? (like some others security plugins on the market)

It does work on MU, but at the moment, there are no network-wide settings. Each site has to be configured individually. A workaround is to export/import settings so you don't have to configure all options individually.
