2) How is the network wide ip blacklist GDPR compliant?
3) Current setup: iThemes + Virusdie + Trusona - Any benefit compared to that?

2) Before I say anything - I'm not a lawyer :) Network-wide - it's probably not. Local - it is because you can store IPs as hashes.
3) Well, I'd have to make an extensive list of what those 3 have but if you combine all 3 I'm quite sure they'd have 95% of everything we have :) And running 4 security-related plugins is definitely not something I'd recommend

to be fair, its 2 plugins - not 4. Virusdie is not a Plugin necessarily, iThems is basically doing what you are, and you would need a 2fa plugin on top of this anyway.
