Huge Time Investment, But Licensing Limits Make It Hard to Recommend
I went into this purchase with high expectations because the white-label and rebranding features looked perfect for my business model. I spent hours setting everything up, honestly most of an entire weekend, customizing branding, configuring settings, and preparing it for client use.
Only after all that effort did I discover important licensing restrictions that significantly reduce its value:
You can’t sell it directly to clients.
You can’t include purchase or download links.
Even when fully white-labeled, it can only be bundled into a broader service, not offered as its own solution.
That’s a major issue for consultants, agencies, or service providers who believed white-labeling meant flexible commercial use.
Why this is frustrating
The setup and branding process takes serious time.
The licensing limitations weren’t obvious early enough.
The practical use case for agencies is far more limited than expected.
What needs improvement
Clarity around licensing and resale rights should be front-and-center in the product description so buyers don’t invest significant time before realizing the limitations.
I don’t mind putting in work, but spending an entire weekend setting up a tool only to learn it can’t be used the way I planned is extremely frustrating.
I would like to add that their support is very slow. It says they will get back to you in a FEW hours. Not acceptable.
