Q: How can you import / export / synchronize projects / tasks from one PM to another (on different domains).

Thanks for your question.
For now, we do not have an export/import feature.
However, you can export projects from the database and import another pm database to get the same projects/data.

Export / Import would be advisable.
Preferably in some transferable format (XML).
Both when it comes to migration, easy backup, also in terms of GDPR.
But I also assume that over time when this will decrease WordPres s system performance due to amount of data. Therefore, it would be good to have a copy. And the data kept in an archived version.
I have forwarded this feature to the product team. They will add it to their pipeline. Thanks
