Hi, The application is working fine. Perhaps you are using it on an amazon website which is not usable for Reviewscout. We currently only work on these regions: UK, USA, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Canada, Spain and India. Please contact us on our email to further diagnose the problem if the error still occurs.

Amazon US is the one we've been testing on. It just never works, not even once.

Hi I can confirm ReviewScout works for all of our US amazon users.
We are unsure why it is not working specifically for your case.

The following can cause problems if the extension is misused:
1. If you installed and reinstalled the extension constantly this can cause an issue.
2. Make sure you are not using a VPN.
3. Try using a different chrome browser with a different account.

If this still persists then can you email us at info@reviewscout.ai with a screenshot of your problem. We cannot solve this issue unless we see what is visually going wrong. So please do not reply on Appsumo with this case.
