Q: Looks a cool plugin.
Would like to know the following:
- would it support custom post types?
- can a custom post type for Event by pushed to FB as an event?
- Does the featured image of the post auto uploaded to FB or Twitter as post image?

2) No, Facebook Event is not directly a Facebook Posts, and not possible to do it this way. But worth brainstorming!
3) No, it usage your post meta. You could use any SEO plugin that will handle the meta image for you. We also have a free plugin to handle Twitter Image, but its pretty simple anyway.
