I hope you're doing well. Yes, you can allow users to access SchedulePress from SchedulePress > Settings > General > Allow users. Hope it'll work properly.
Please note that we're improving the whole Role Management system for SchedulePress and it'll be ready soon.

cloudbeansPLUSI ask the question because on this table https://bit-social.com/bit-social-vs-top-social-media-scheduler-tools/, it's said multiple account management is not supported so i'm interested to know if it's true or not

Thanks for sharing the link. It seems they mean multiple account management with multiple social media connections and post-sharing options.
This feature is already available on our plugin and you can do more customization with our plugin.
