Q: Product Redemption Isn't Working As Expected
Hi,
I purchased 3 codes and the first one redeemed correctly, but when I try to redeem the next code it says I have to pay the difference between the first code and the second. I tried the activation route and I tried upgrading in my account on WP Developer and both do not redeem correctly. Please advise.
I've also reached out on your chat support for help. They advised I create a ticket, provide details and information, and they would assist when they are available. As a paying customer I find this is a disappointing response and anticipated a little more immediacy and less work on my part - I hope it isn't a prelude to what I can expect going forward.
