Didn't work - crashed the websites

We were not happy with this product and no longer use it because it crashed the websites we used it on. Lifetime deals are only good if the software actually does what it says. This one didn't.

Great Product

I used the plugin for a year, without much fuss, and the support was awesome when needed. A very good security option for Wordpress!... especially for the price.

More than I expected

There's more to this app than I expected! I explored it starting with Security Ninja -> Tests (top down) and ended up fixing things manually that could have been addressed more efficiently by visiting the Fixes page first. There's a lot of settings to go through, and they're split between the main nav and these various subsections/tabs, so it's easy to miss things or forget where X or Y setting is. Fairly thorough plugin, but I lost time navigating between all the different locations. Otherwise, it'd be 5 tacos -- it has all the features I was looking for and then some.

Thanks so much for this great feedback! We completely agree – our plugin has grown quite a bit organically over the years, and a thorough restructure of the settings UX is definitely something we're planning. We appreciate you highlighting this, and we're glad you found Security Ninja so feature-rich!

The most basic thing such as activating the plugin doent work

I purchased this plugin about 10 hours ago after reading many great reviews. I even canceled another firewall plugin which had been disappointing, especially due to poor customer servicein order to switch to this one.

However, the most basic step of activating it immediately triggered an error: “Invalid CSRF token.” I fully understand that this happened during the weekend and outside support hours, but such a fundamental feature should work reliably on its own. Otherwise, users like me are left with no choice but to share negative feedback.

Additionally, I noticed that on the supplier’s website, many of the linked YouTube videos display errors as well. Altogether, it gives the impression that something isn’t functioning properly here.

Hi there,

I'm truly sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you had with activation and the "Invalid CSRF token" error. This is definitely not the impression we want to give, especially when you're switching from another plugin with high hopes.

We've sold hundreds of licenses, and this is indeed the first time we've encountered a report of an "Invalid CSRF token" during initial...
