they're WordPress/WooCommerce with Divi theme page builder or Shopify stores). So I have a couple of questions to clarify my goals:
1. Once I enable the tool, would I capture customer demographic/preference data in their social accounts such as First, Last Name, email, city, province, and date of birth?
2. Can I connect this tool with my CRM (Hubspot CRM/Perex CRM) and my Marketing Automation (MAUTIC, InfluencerSoft) platforms to capture this new lead data?

May 14, 2024A: 1. Sorry, you would not be able to get those data - the social provider only provide the first name, last name and email and their own unique id.
