We haven't had any issues with the product nor the installation.
As long as they keep the plugin up to date, we'll keep using it.
It's fairly straightforward to configure it for social, you just need to follow instructions on each social site.
Other than that, does what it's supposed to do.

Nice plugin at good price but has a big problem
The plugin allow users to login with google, facebook etc...
But if the user logged in and don't have an account the plugin create an account for him and there is nothing you can do to stop it.
Looking now it created me many spam accounts and i will have to use different plugins instead of this one and i also need to remove all account (which is pain in the ass).
It's to much off a downside so while it's really good and the price is also great it would be smarter to use other plugin instead.

Unable to redeem
I purchased and immediately redeemed, or at least attempted to, following the instructions. However, their registration site told me that the AppSumo code was "expired". I reached out to support. They took a while to respond, then wanted the code. I gave it to them, then they went away again. I am now a few days in an have yet to be able to even register for an account.
It's a race now as to whether I get tired of waiting and refund, before they get back to me with a "fix". This is a pretty poor introduction to the product.

Buggy and no good support
1- Login button CSS styling is stripped for no reason.
2- When a new account created with social login, second attempt to login with that account results HTTP crash error. I created ticket for this but their support is slow.
No good experience unfortunately.

First of all our developer team could not reproduce the issue you have mentioned and as you had given very little description so our support responded to your ticket on October 31 and on November 7th but you have not replied in both tickets.
Please co-operate a little bit more by responding the ticket so we can reproduce the issue and fix it for all.
