a tool full of bugs! nothing worked properly! Finally the website is no longer accessible and the guy Raj Vardhman has disappeared! I think this guy just collected money and ran away! No more posts allowed in the fb community group, website is down! don't reply on facebook! That can't mean one thing! lol
I reached out to them as of this review one month ago for specific tech support issues. The backups have failed, the thumbnails are not rendering, and the plugin updates seem to hang without progress. I have scheduled two demos, but no one has shown up for the video call. As of today, 09/26/24, I have received no response. If this appears on AppSumo again, don't buy this POS.
I was really exited when I saw this product. I bought WP Umbrella on AppSumo a while back and regretted not buying more codes. So I bought three codes this time and was hoping for great things to come. I initally only used it on one site to make sure all works correctly before entering clients sites. Took a while (403 error) to recognize my first site but it finally looked good after 24 hrs and I decided to enter three more sites. That's when the problems started. The daily backup did not work, one site was marked "malware" infected (not true) and another did not show anything. The "in progress" icon was on for 48hrs and nothing happened so I contacted customer service via their chat app (in the app) 4 days ago. Never got any response or solution or anything for that matter. System says "usually respond within a few hours" well, if you can't answer after 4 DAYS I am not interested. Requested refund and still regret not buying more WP Umbrella codes (a fantastic app) unlike this POS.
• Got a 403 error when trying to connect my very first site. • The daily backup never worked. It backed up my site the first time it was connected and that was it. The frequency was set to one day but the schedule was set to monthly, and there was no way to change this from the dashboard. • The site scan never worked. Even after disabling the robots noindex meta tag. • The show stopper for me was not being able to update premium plugins, which can be easily done with a site manager like MainWP, along with other premium site managers. This means that unless you are using free plugins from wordpress.org you will be logging into every site to update these paid plugins.
The dashboard says Beta when you login, but this is not even close to being considered a Beta release.
I've been in the digital marketing space for over a decade. I own hundreds of domains and dozens of websites. Some for me. Some for clients. Some for friends and family. Managing them all is a pain in the butt. I've purchase other softwares like this in the past, none boasted the functionality that wp-Stack does - and all of them are defunct now, anyway. I'm willing to gamble a full stack that the'se guys will be around, espeically when I saw all of the OTHER things it does that I didn't' even want or or need (the content scheduler is really a cool idea for a tool like this that back-ends into all of these sites.)
When I saw that it - purportedly - will detect and let you select and delete malware, that was the big one - over the last 13+ years, once ever 18 months or so I find that somehow malware got in and get's my account temporarily suspended (and makes my sites unsafe). Being able to delete it (or restore it from weeks or months back if it's been an un-updated site) is huge.
I'd LOVE to see it allow us to set a "base install" setting, so that when we set up NEW sites, all of our favorite plugins and settings are already there.
My biggest fear is you guys won't be around in 5 years.

A Show Stopper From The Start
