I need something that can subscribe a customer now, but not start withdrawing payments until a month later. Can this do that?

My payment process works by first a) Customer pays one sum upfront to join
b) Customers recurring payments start one month later, but the recurring payments are a different sum than the initial payment.

Would be great if this app could handle both. I use PayPal
