I have successfully purchased a lifetime license. I followed the activation instructions successfully and set a password and logged it. There is nothing in my account under Subscriptions, or Oders, or Plans, or Downloads. What do I do? I tried contacting their support and just sat theere for a long time with no repsonse the AI bot assuring me it was connecting me with a real live human being. It seems like the wait time for tho grows by the hour every single minute.
