Hello, does the LTD here on appsumo also offer Free trial support? I see on your site directly, all plans include Free trial support, however, it's not listed here on appsumo. Please confirm

Thank you for answering promptly... Just to ensure I am understanding correctly, if I purchase a LTD tier 3 through appsumo, I will have access to free trial support feature?
Please update the DOCS. I was not aware that you had to have BOTH free and pro plugins installed for the pro plugin to work.
