splitsuitQ: Switching from WooCommerce Subscriptions?
2 questions for possibly switching from WooCommerce Subscriptions:
1. Do I need to export/transfer current subscription customers from WooCommerce Subscriptions to WPSubscription? Or will WPSubscription just handle new customers?
2. Does WPSubscription tie into the Groups Integration and/or LearnDash for easily giving new customers access to courses/material?

1. You can migrate WooCommerce Subscription to WPSubscription. If WC Subscriptions are paid via the supported migration payment gateways (Stripe for WooCommerce & Paddle), they will auto-renew just fine. Otherwise, the subscriptions will have to be renewed manually by paying for each renewal.
