Not working with Mollie
initially had to wait about a week for a response due to their holiday, which I understand. However, after another week, my issue is still unresolved and progress has been very limited. The issue involves the Mollie integration, and despite several exchanges, I don’t feel that there is active follow-up or real momentum towards a solution. Responses tend to be quite slow, and so far haven’t led to a clear resolution.
In the meantime, I’ve spent many hours trying to troubleshoot the molie issue myself, which has been frustrating.
I fully understand that technical issues can take time, but I would expect more consistent communication and a clearer sense that the case is being actively worked on.
