spencerjQ: Even with your updates, the revenue limit is WAY too low.
That's an odd choice too for the limiter. Why not choose... 1) number of dashboards, 2) number of clients, 3) number of data sources. I use Databox now and it has a base-level free plan with no revenue limits, for unlimited clients. With it, you pay more as you need more features. Please consider removing the revenue limits. I try out tons of deals on AppSumo, and to be honest, some of them I pay for and rarely use. This is not an attractive enough deal for me to even play around with.

Thanks for feedback. I'm aware that Databox has plans based on number of dashboards but we decided not to do that because we wanted to provide our customers a view of all their reports. We believe, only when you have a full view of your data can you take the best decisions.
Also, if you compare the free plan of Databox with the Putler's LTD, it still provides more value - more data sources, more data retention, more dashboards. Keeping aside the free all other plans of Databox are monthly priced. Making it expensive.
And just like Mila, my colleague said Putler has some unique things that remain unmatched. Putler's data aggregation, multicurrency handling, data enrichment along with other features are top notch.
Do give it a try. I'm sure you will find it equally valuable if not more.

Totally agree with this, it's a weird limit to a plan when you're not actually processing payments or anything like that.
Putler is a solid tool but that doesn't make any business sense, it's not like revenue takes up resources.

Putler processes, merges and cleans data but from our past experience we know that users don't know the amount of orders their single or multiple stores process off the bat. On the other hand, revenue is something users track day in day out. So when asked to pick a plan revenue is a better metric to do a quick choice.
Also, another reason why we have segregated plans on revenue is so it is fair for businesses that have a ton of orders but not as much revenue. We've realized that revenue standardized compared to number of orders/transactions etc as those does differ based on the type of business and the business model.
And we believe pricing is not just based on the resources consumed. It also is based on ancillary service that make the tool and keep it running like regular development, support etc.
