I think it would be best to create an information page (which will be updated) and mail the URL to all sumolings (buyers). With some information everyone could make a better decision on how to proceed.

Thank you for contacting support and we sincerely apologize for fir the inconvenience. We do have this blog URL that you can go to that will be updated as well once we have more information to share: https://wpsuperhost.com/appsumo-launch-update. We are working with AppSumo on messaging and hope to have something out to customers in the coming weeks.
If you haven't already brought sites over to our platform, we are encouraging people to request a refund through AppSumo. They are honoring refunds until the end of March. You can request a refund through your AppSumo account. We are still not in a position to move new sites over and we do not have a timeframe for that. But again, messaging will be sent via that blog more than likely and possibly other messaging mechanisms as well.

I got a similar answer, but since I got a website integrated with them, I did not get the last piece of information you received. But I still can not use the four other websites that were included in the package. Hope they open up so we can get clarification soon.
