Q: Support Multiple WP Accounts?

Just a quick question, If I have 3 accounts in my WordPress, can all accounts sync to each own Google Calendar? Thank you.

A: Hi there,
Great question — yes, you can connect multiple WordPress sites’ WP Timetics to Google Calendar.
If you're using the same Google account (the same Gmail and same Google Cloud project credentials) across all your WordPress users/sites in WP Timetics, then they will all sync to the same Google Calendar — not separate calendars per user.

So whenever you add any topic to your calendar then it syncs to all your sites and you can check them on WP TImetics’s calendar.
Hope that clears it up! Let us know if you’d like help setting that up.
Best regards

A: Hi there,
Greetings, and thank you for reaching out!
Currently, our email templates don’t support dynamic translation by default — but we can help you apply a custom solution for this on your site. Just reach out to us through our Support Center https://arraytics.com/support, and we’ll be glad to set it up for you.
You can translate the “Cancel” and “Reschedule” buttons in the website: https://prnt.sc/N-D22VJ5k_zg , and other text in Timetics using the Loco Translate plugin, but in the email, it is not possible right now.
Here’s a quick guide how to translate WP Timetics using Loco Translate:

Q: Custom fields and validations

Hello team, add in your roadmap: custom fields as telephone with area code option, number validations, alphanumeric fields, multi line, please.

A: Yes, we’ve already thought of integrating the phone field natively, just like the email field, with area code support and number validation. Hopefully, we’ll be able to bring this feature very shortly to WP Timetics.

For now, you can handle the phone field by creating it manually through custom fields. But we completely understand your point, and we’re definitely adding this to our roadmap so it becomes a built-in, seamless experience for all users. Thanks again, and stay tuned for this!

Q: Download .ics and other formats

Hello team, Do you have in your roadmap the functionality to Download .ics and other formats to add in the customer calendar, not just the email?... nowadays, the customer doesn't see their mails all the day like some years ago

A: Customers can download the .ics file directly from the website after booking an appointment. Also, the .ics files are sent via email after booking.

Also, you’ll be happy to know that we’ve introduced the 2 way sync for Google Calendar and Outlook in our latest release! Hope it will add a proper value for your use case.

A: Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out!
Currently, WP Timetics does not include a built-in feature to restrict access only to authenticated users. However, you can easily achieve this using any free WordPress plugin that restricts content based on user login status.
Here's how:
Create a dedicated page and paste your Timetics meeting shortcode there.

Use a plugin like “Members”, “Restrict User Access”, or “WP-Members” to restrict that page so only logged-in users can view it.

That’s it — this way, only authenticated users will be able to access the booking/meeting section. Let us know if you need help setting this up.
Best regards.
