Hi, I have purchased 3 codes for my website. When I installed the plugin, the website crashed. I ended up calling the tech team for my website, who finally deactivated the plugin, and we were able to get our website live.

Now I have deleted the plugin. Can you please help with this problem? What is going wrong? Please respond as soon as possible

when I install the plugin on a fresh Wordpress installation it works perfectly fine, it also works fine for our 12,000 other users which sadly means the problem has to do with your website or setup. Please reach out to your webhoster to fix the problem. A screenshot of a timeout screen also literally allows absolutely zero debugging, if anything I would need to know the error log entry.
