Q: Wierd chars in both your text and WP - Charset already changed

Support - Unreachable from website - Please provide email. You form does not allow contact
Text output in Danish in your app sometimes generate wierd chars.
When publishing to WP the whole document looks bad
I already set the charset as described in your documentation - to no avail
Without this its impossible to use as I should now do all the same manual work as before

I had the same issue the contact form doesn't have any way to reach out, just generic answers to FAQs.
The solution is to fix your charset problem which can be with your theme or database as well. It is not a problem with our tool and we have lots of customers from Germany or France who use it without any problem including special chars like ÄÖÜ or e, è, é, ê, ë.
