They mentioned on the sales page a 30% discount for the addons was available. I would like to get the filtering one. Can you let me know how to get that?

If you're entering the AppSumo redemption code, that's why our support system doesn't allow you to open a new ticket. You need to provide the last purchase code you received from us (if you stacked more codes) as that one is the active purchase code, while all previous ones have been deleted.
You can see your purchase code when you log into our store. We cannot provide you with a 30% discount until we verify your purchase, so please try opening a new ticket. If you're having a hard time with the support platform, you can open a pre-purchase ticket, which doesn't require a purchase code, and anyone can open a ticket in that category.
Just make sure to open a private ticket, where you can provide us with the redemption code, and we'll find it in the database and provide you with the purchase code, the discount coupon, and everything else you may need.
