1. This is doable with Google Spreadsheets, but only if you paste the URL to the file. So if you add a PDF file, or an Excel file, if it's a link - it should be downloadable.
2. The Powerful Filters add-on provides you with the ability to hide the table before the filtering has been applied and to use Cascade Filtering in the tables. That's it.

1. You can add links to items from your Media Library in URL Link columns, or use Attachment columns and the files would be downloadable on-click.
2. Advanced Filtering is a part of the plugin, but the "Powerful Filters" add-on is not included in the AppSumo deal. At the moment we do have our Lifetime deals for Add-ons, and for all AppSumo purchases we can provide the 30% discount.

3. I can't recall there were any complaints about a conflict with Oxygen Builder.

1. does this work with a google sheets table as well? Like a link from azure/aws and data table makes this automatically downloadable in the table?
2. Ah that's why I didn't buy it last time. Do you need that filter addon to integrate a basic filter for the data tables?
